Questions
Why is the scan free but monitoring paid?
The diagnosis is cheap for us to run and genuinely useful on its own, so we give it away. The work that keeps costing us money — re-crawling every site every week, generating fix artifacts, and storing history — is what you pay for.
How is this different from AI visibility trackers?
Those tools ask language models what they say about your brand and chart the answers. That is useful once crawlers can actually read you. We measure the layer beneath: whether the request completes and whether your content is in the response. If that fails, prompt tracking is measuring the symptom.
Do you change anything on my website?
No. We only make ordinary HTTP requests, exactly like a crawler would. Fix artifacts are generated for you to review and deploy yourself.
What counts as a site?
One hostname. www.example.com and shop.example.com are two sites.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month to month and cancel from the billing portal. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
Who handles payment?
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. They process the transaction and handle applicable sales tax and VAT.
